TERMS

  • Hippo Roller, Inc. is a business registered in Delaware, USA which markets innovative water collection and storage products.
  • Manufacturing and shipping of the Hippo Roller and related products take place in South Africa, managed by Imvubu Projects (Pty) Ltd. Trading As Hippo Roller, based in Fourways, Johannesburg.
  • Online orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  • Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender’s account.
  • Hippo Roller Online Store offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen at
  • Order Processing time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  • A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  • International delivery can take anywhere from 5-30 days to arrive, depending on location and local customs processes. However, the average delivery time is 7-10 days – especially in the USA, Canada and European countries.
  • Hippo Roller will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this point it will arrange with the customer for a full refund or ship a replacement with the customer’s consent at no extra charge.
  • Hippo Roller Inc. and Imvubu Projects (Pty) Ltd take no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package be returned, the customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment.
  • Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement of the RETURNS POLICY  and completion and acceptance of the Returns Form.
  • Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • Shipments go out Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  • In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
  • All orders are shipped wrapped in bubble-wrap plastic with relevant labels.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility to be concluded at their local Customs offices or Post Office.
  • This site serves as an online water innovation store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.
  • Hippo Roller, Inc. takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Read our  PRIVACY POLICY.
  • Hippo Roller, Inc. accepts various secure payment methods. Read our SECURITY POLICY.
  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is the United States.  Transaction currency is US DOLLAR (USD).
  • Credit card transactions on the website will be acquired for Hippo Roller, Inc. via Stripe, a global payment gateway headquartered in San Francisco.  Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for processing, transmission, or storage of credit card data. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.   • Hippo Roller, Inc. has no access to card details entered by the client on Stripe’s secure site and no credit card details are stored on the website.
  • Hippo Roller, Inc. has currency converter functionality. The figures displayed are updated automatically from XE.com throughout the day. Hippo Roller Inc. is not responsible for slight differences in fees.
  • PayPal orders (when available) will be automatically invoiced with an additional fee of 5% due to fees involved.
  • Hippo Roller, Inc. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
